- If rejected, the process restarts immediately
- If accepted, we begin all contract-related procedures (contracts, guarantors, legal documents, etc.)
- Electricity and gas connection handled by Trustate on behalf of the tenant
- Key handover on the agreed date
This completes the first stage of the service.
Stage Two: Full Tenancy Management
During the rental period, Trustate continues to manage everything on your behalf:
- Continuous monitoring of rent payments and utility consumption (water, electricity, gas)
- Communication and issue-resolution in case of delayed payments
- Management of problematic tenants and, if necessary, eviction with minimal damage for the owner
- Handling all technical or maintenance issues during the tenancy
- Correct and fair allocation of maintenance costs between owner and tenant
